Teaching Assistant
Mr Ismail's journey in working with schools, particularly in sports, is unique. He started his career as a retail assistant with Sportslink PTE LTD. After a year and a half, he switched to supporting sports and administrative work as a Co-Curricular Programme Executive. The Ministry of Education came calling with the Allied Educator (AED) scheme, which he eagerly took up and remained working with the same school for 13 years. He became an Operations Manager for 3 years with MOE after the AED scheme phased out in 2020. Now, he is excited to embark on a new journey with the Invictus family. He enjoys driving up to Malaysia with his family and is passionate about football. His passion for football and building rapport with kids prompted him to be a volunteer football coach with his community centre on weekends.
