Rujuta's teaching philosophy revolves around this quote by George Evans.She has more than 17 years of experience in teaching languages like English and German.She has Masters in Education,UK and is a certified Orton Gillingham practitioner and a member of International Dyslexia Association and RETA.Rujuta plays a pivotal role in overseeing and guiding our learning specialists and ensuring effective instructional support for our students.She designs and develops reading intervention programs based on current educational research and best practices She is responsible for.Implementing interventions that are tailored to meet the diverse needs of students at school,including those with learning difficulties or English language learners. Beyond the classroom, she strives to lead a well-rounded lifestyle and has great interests in baking, reading and travelling.
