Dr. Ho Yi Kai PhD MA BA PGDE joins Sing-Ed Corporation Pte Ltd as Vice President (Education) and the AEB as a Member, bringing extensive expertise in Chinese Studies, education management, and institutional leadership. He previously served as Assistant Director at the Confucius Institute, Nanyang Technological University, where he oversaw institutional development and led adult training programs, including diploma and language courses.

A Public Service Commission (PSC) scholar, Dr. Ho began his career as a Junior College lecturer and Ministry of Education HQ officer, later expanding his academic contributions by teaching at universities. His leadership extends beyond academia, as he currently serves as Vice President of Sing-Ed Corporation and Vice President of the Singapore Society of Asian Studies.
