An experienced School Leader, Manager and Educational Professional with almost 3 decades of experience of leadership, management and delivery both within the Education sector and the British Army, focused within the teaching and learning context with demonstrated broad transferable educational leadership skills from outside the traditional school environment. Proven leadership ability and experience in educational change management and competency-based learning within complex, international and dynamically unpredictable operating environments where decision-making, effective risk management and cultural sensitivities are required. An adaptable learner, adept with technology and innovation both in the classroom but also at a strategic level using it to effectively analyse information to drive improvements.  Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to develop and then nurture positive relationships including extensive multi-national and multi-cultural experience built whilst leading teams with partners from Afghanistan, Iraq, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and whilst teaching in China, Singapore and in Dubai, UAE.  Educational leadership in IB Programmes (including Core), CIE / Edexcel A-Levels and (I)GCSEs as well as teaching mathematics across the years and ability including IB Higher Level and A-level Further Maths.
