Mr. Alex Ward MSc BSc (Hons) PGCE FCCT MCMI NPQSL joined Invictus International School, Centrium Square, as Principal in 2023 and was promoted to Head of School in 2024, and has over three decades of leadership experience spanning K12 education and the British Army.

His expertise lies in educational leadership, human capital, change management, and competency-based learning, having worked in complex international environments across Singapore, China, the UAE, and beyond. He has led strategic school improvement initiatives, integrating technology and innovation to enhance both learning outcomes and institutional effectiveness. His teaching expertise covers IB Higher Level and A-Level Further Mathematics, alongside extensive leadership in IB Programmes, CIE/Edexcel A-Levels, and (I)GCSEs.

As a Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching and a Member of the Chartered Management Institute, he remains committed to developing future-ready students.
